09/09/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 1277: I note that the armoire stands sturdy, the flat mirror plate remains securely encased within door framing, and is free from visible chipping, hairlines/ fractures, or notable silver loss, the interior shelving appears sturdy, and the interiors are overall well-kept// clean, I observe typical minor evidence of woodworm, some with filled concealment, including small fills to the feet related to woodworm-eaten loss, this minor restoration does not appear to affect structural integrity, the side panels are intact with minute seams of separation with filled reinforcement, and there is sparse, typical minor surface wear such as small chips and abrasions commensurate with age and use
