02.03.26: In my opinion regarding LOT 1113: I note that the commode is structurally sturdy, the veneer is overall well-preserved with some typical minor spots of finish wear, and sparse surface wear such as minute chips near drawer edges, and light abrasions, the top of the case with a central seam of very slight separation (see images), this described wear is typical and commensurate with age and use, drawers operate smoothly and display overall well-kept interiors
