08.23.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3196: I note that the cabinet is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top displays inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as typical minor chipping to the edges, there is a minor hairline extending from the center of left side edge, the mounted metal elements exhibit patination and appear secure to the case throughout, there is very light seam separation to the back paneling, and the black finish of the case is overall well-preserved, having some sparse minor chips and abrasions, and there are a few typical small losses to the veneer, all being commensurate with age and use
