CR 5.27.25-As noted in the catalog description, the operational status of this movement is currently unknown. Though the right side keyhole winds easily, the left side is very difficult to wind, indicating that the clock may be wound tight and in need of adjustment. The movement does not appear to respond to winding, though it was not tested while hanging. In my opinion, the case is in overall good condition with typical light patination and surface wear, as well as yellowing to the alabaster dial. As with all of our antique clocks, this piece would likely benefit from a professional adjustment and a thorough cleaning.
