3.17.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1238- please pardon my images, the commode is difficult to photograph due to gallery location, the structure is in sturdy condition, the top exhibits a visible seam/separation with some small wood losses along the left side, see image, I note only some general light wood wear to case with some small nicks, light tonal variation and rubs, there is separation at left side panel with stable seam, drawers slide well, interior show age and some wear, the top drawer bottom panel shows separation however is stable and very sturdy, metal trim displays some patination and light very denting (at the right side top), all mentioned minor and commensurate with age
