1.15.24-In my opinion regarding:  LOT – 248-t he table is substantial and in sturdy condition, one of the outer tiles at the end of the table is intact with a noted fracture, a UV exam reveals a restoration at the right center tile, this tile sits a bit lower than the other (uneven), please see images, further noted are some small areas of fill and minor chipping, grout loss along outer tiles, the wood frame is heavy, there are some natural wood knots and imperfections, tonal variation to stain/finish, minute evidence of old woodworm, some fill and normal and appropriate wood wear, due to gallery location, I am unable to view the wood edge of the other side of the table, please refer to our online images
