11.24.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3120- the table is in solid and stable sturdy condition, there are some typical rubs to finish along the top sides, tonal variation, some spotting, and rubs to finish, frame exhibits some small imperfections, minor nicks and light wear, all commensurate with vintage age and use, and inline with the rustic nature of the table, there is shallow finish loss/ fading to finish noted along feet, particularly inner left leg, see images
