9.25.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1143 – the commode presents as sturdy and stable, the top surface shows light finish wear with scattered abrasions, ring stains, and some expected minor wear, the case exhibits natural wood knots, scattered small nicks, scrapes, and general surface wear, a minute filled area is visible at the top drawer, the drawers operate smoothly overall, they would benefit from a good waxing to facilitate even smoother movement, drawer interiors are largely clean with the uppermost showing some epoxy residue that appears removable, drawer bottoms remain stable, all wear is typical and commensurate with vintage age and use
