03.13.25: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3425-The structure stands sturdy, due to its immense size, I am unable to fully view the top, I do note scattered evidence of old woodworm, all stable, mainly noted to crest and carved elements on panels, see images, this is typical and commensurate of its age and origin, otherwise I note only some light wood wear, nicks, impressions and tonal variation to the wood, carved elements show some minor losses, there are a few stable splits to wood, immense hinges show some oxidation and wear, doors open smoothly, interior shelving is stable, I note some wear and loss, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
