01.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1621: I note that the table is presently intact and structurally sturdy, there is a slight bow in the center of the table, as well as light evidence of old woodworm, the top panels are lacking most of the wooden plugs that are inserted to cover nail heads, and there is some black staining on the edge of the table, all drawers currently operate smoothly, and I observe some areas of loss to the underside beams which don’t appear to be structurally integral, as well as visible glue to the verso of the apron from a previous restoration<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
