07/06/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 3110: I note that the vaisselier is structurally sturdy, I observe typical minor surface wear commensurate with age and use including some old deep abrasions at the medial surface and chipping along the top edge of cornice, the , the plate rack having a narrow gap between the medial surface and a small hole along the lower edge (see images), the cabinet doors remain tight on hinges, however doors do not sit flush when in the unlocked position, drawers operate smoothly, one of the drawers with a small hole to bottom panel (see image), the central drawer with a later vinyl sheet adhered to the bottom, overall I observe a few seams of minute panel separation at the sides and medial surface, the finish of the wood remains overall rich with some typical light tonal variations such as slight fading, and there is sparse, minute evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin
