07/06/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 3261: I note that the structure stands sturdy, the medial surface with discoloration/ staining including water rings and spotting, I observe stable seams of splits and panel separation throughout, including the side panels and cabinet doors, both cabinet doors are lacking lock plates, drawers operate smoothly, the topmost drawer with a small patch repair, all drawers with a minute central fill related to previous knobs (drawer pulls later added), overall I observe some scattered minor fills and typical minor surface wear such as small chips, nicks, and abrasions commensurate with age and use, the whorl feet of the front legs are worn down but do not appear to affect structural integrity, additionally I note minute evidence of old woodworm commensurate with origin
