10.24.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3341-this farmhouse table stands solid and sturdy, the whole displays rustic characteristics with natural knots, imperfections and inherent texture to the wood, I note some staining to the top, there are stable splits, divots, marks and wear to both the top and base, a butterfly joint has been added to the top, the base at one is intact with what appears to be a repair as I note a seam running from one leg, through end stretcher to the other leg, however, I am unsure so have taken images for your review, all mentioned lending to the rustic nature of the table
