CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 2176- the table is in sturdy and stable condition, the wood displays a warm and tonal patina, the top is intact with some unusual old wood patches, light ring stains/minor spotting, marks, surface wear, scattered minor evidence of old woodworm, divots and some imperfections inherent to the wood, the base is in similar condition with some nicks and wear, all mentioned adding to the rustic character and antique nature of the table, commensurate with age, use and display
