1.12.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3308-The chair is French and came to us out of an estate, we believe it to be late 18th century, the chair is sturdy and intact with a wide seat that sits well, upholstery shows some minor denting, a few threadbare areas, and tonal variation, I do not observe any rips or tears, the frame is intact with some small losses, tonal, variation, and evidence of old woodworm, all minor and as commensurate with origin and age
