04.05.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3197: The overall height of the table with mirror measures approximately 111”H, I note that both components are presently intact and structurally stable, the marble top of the console exhibits inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as typical minor chips to edge, and a minor repair to the back right corner, the wood framing the mirror and the wood used in the console are slightly different (not same type of wood), and there are minor splits that don’t appear to affect structural stability, the left side scrolled corbel has a filled split, and there is evidence of old woodworm, beveled mirror plate is overall well-preserved, and I observe minor surface wear such as light abrasions and chips commensurate with age and use
