1.15.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1531- The structure is sturdy, the marble top displays some light typical roughness, minute chipping along molded edge, light abrasions, minor spotting and sticker residue (easily cleaned), the wood case exhibits tonal variation and wear to the finish, light wood wear and nicks to case, interior shelving is with some wear and spotting, two central drawers are fitted for silver with interior liner, the liner would benefit from a good cleaning, drawer slide well and cabinet doors function properly,
