11.6.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1152-the structure stands sturdy, I note only some slight surface wear, light tonal variation/spotting, and minor wear, there is a small ding/impression to front center edge, overall the vanity is clean with no major loss noted, drawers slide smoothly and remain largely clean to interior, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
