9.8.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1551-there is evidence of an old inscription below the later chasing, which is still faintly visible, I have taken images for your review, I note some minor denting, slight surface wear and a small split underside edge of lid/cover, rubbed gilt at high points, the gilding possibly later as well, see images
