Georgian breakfront bookcase, 19th c., four glazed cabinet doors, above four paneled doors, each opening to interior shelving, rising on a conforming plinth, approx 96"h, 73"w, 16.5"d

CR 4.29.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 4297-The structure is in sturdy and stable condition, exhibiting wear appropriate with its age, decorated surfaces exhibit age with some overall small areas of finish loss/wear with exposed gesso, one noted to rear side case, small flakes to finish, tonal variation, and rubs, the doors open smoothly and inner fixed shelving is secure and stable, mullioned panes appear stable and free of noted chips or cracks, the exterior doors on the lower case need to be locked to stay closed (we have a key that operates all of the locks), the lower left lock sticks though and it can be tough to remove the key, WD40 might help I am unsure, the interior paint shows some fading, rings and light wear, backboards have slight separation noted from the back, commensurate with age and use
