6.6.25- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3312-The structure is an overall sturdy condition, with doors and drawers sliding smoothly, I note some overall scattered small areas of finish loss and light wear, all minor and mostly concentrated to base and lower sides, the split pediment exhibits some crazing to the finish, I am unsure however, this may be intentional to give the appearance of age, the interior is detailed and well fitted with concealed storage throughout, I note only scattered slight imperfections and light wear to the finish, pull out rests at center and slides to support fall front work smoothly drawers all open with ease and are mostly clean to interiors, the fall front and corner trim at center both have a small area of wood wear/loss at the right corner, see image, it opens to an interior that is further fitted, with only minor nicks and light wear, all mentioned commensurate with use
