Condition

6.16.26- 6.16.26- In my opinion regarding:1236- the cabinet presents well and remains structurally sound and stable, the doors operate smoothly, I observe a small wood split at the tip/corner of the lower left door, this door also sits slightly askew, or not quite flush, see image, a careful examination reveals expected light evidence of use, with scattered sparse slight finish wear and small losses concentrated primarily along the edges, marks, minor surface wear to the top, the interior velvet-like lining/trim to the upper left door has a small area of wrinkling/wear/loss, there is a minor mark to the reverse, a colored concealment sticker appears to be missing on the interior right lower cabinet, all observed commensurate with vintage age, handling, and gentle use
