10.30.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2156: I note that the structure stands sturdy, each section nesting upon one another comfortably and securely, metal banding remains securely mounted with some heavy patination/ oxidation, the metal appears to be copper, the cabinet doors retract smoothly, and interiors are overall well-kept/ clean, glass is securely encased within framing and free from observed chipping or hairlines/ fractures, with some minute flaked losses of the leading, the finish of the mahogany is overall well-preserved, with sparse, minute surface wear such as light abrasions and small nicks commensurate with age and use
