10.30.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2349: I note that the chair stands sturdy, the stretchers and legs appear secure at joinery points, the leather upholstery remains securely bound and taught throughout, and is free from tearing or holes, also remaining secure at tufted points, having some spots of minute peeling, and light abrasions commensurate with use, one side of the chair with some small spots of staining (see images), the chair overall displaying some typical light tonal variations of the leather, and the seat cushion retains a well-shaped padding
