09/24/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 2261- the chair is of substantial weight and remains stable and sturdy, as an antique garden piece, it exhibits wear consistent with prolonged outdoor exposure, I note visible construction seams and some gaps at the joints, a few possible stable breaks/losses, a missing screw to the right side of the backrest, see image, scattered small losses and nicks along the edges and raised decorative elements, areas of oxidation and surface corrosion, weathering, paint loss and wear throughout, the chair retains its ornate foliate detailing and sculptural character, with an overall weathered patina consistent with its age, materials and history of outdoor use
