12.4.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 071-The work surface is approximately 16.25”h, the structure is sturdy, there are some overall areas of spotting, light wood wear, mars and small losses, particularly to protruding edges/corners, beveled mirror is intact with no visible chips or cracks, all as commensurate with age and use, the mirror stand is intact with a visible seam/split to the right side, however this is not visible at the back, see images<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
