10.1.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1109- please pardon my images, the cabinet is located in a cramped area of the gallery with harsh overhead lighting, the glass top is intact with overall surface wear of varied degrees, no major chips or cracks observed, the case shows typical tonal variation throughout with some small veneer losses and reinforced fills, there are rubs and scattered nicks along the edges, side panels appear fairly clean, the handles display pitting and oxidation to mounts, drawers and cabinet doors operate well with interiors showing some light spotting and wear, the base platform shows similar wear and light spotting, please refer to online images for full and more complete views, all condition issues as described are typical and commensurate with age and use
