08.18.2026- In my opinion regarding: LOT 1105- we believe the mirror to be from the Art Deco period (1930s-1950’s), the substantial frame is overall intact with some typical separation and  unevenness as seams/joints, they would possibly benefit from being tightened however, I am unsure, the wood frame shows some nicks, rubs, minor paint splatter (mostly noted along the top edge), gilt accents show some flaking, chips and loss to finish with some visible gesso, the flat mirror plate is with hazing, scattered areas of silver loss, and what appears to possibly be an abrasion on the left side, overall the mirror exhibits small loss and wear commensurate with age, handling and display
