3.7.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 149- the table is sturdy and has a nice weight about it, there is general noted wear as commensurate with age and use, the top shows a natural variation in the wood grain, the line is is not a wrinkle, I do note some small filled areas, tonal variation, black trim shows some small nicks and light wear, the base is intact with some wear and colored repair? to veneer, particularly along edges, one leg has a few small raised areas of veneer to one interior leg (on the inside)
