9.26.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2287: I note that the mirror is structurally secure, with typical light rubs of the gilding, and a small scuff at the lower left edge, both being commensurate with age and use, the raised inner trim with some areas of painted touch ups with a slight tonal variation, and there are some typical small, stable splits to the frame, the mirror plate is free from observed hairlines/ fractures and chipping, as well as any notable silver losses or hazing
