07/06/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3471- please note, hardware may have been added since the time of photography, the mirror is currently hung over a complementary table, it does have small feet that rest upon the table top, the frame is overall intact with some small wood losses, nicks, rubs, mellowing and wear to the finish consistent with its vintage age, there is a very small wood loss noted at left foot, and a flake with visible gesso noted on left side frame, the flat mirror plate is intact with no noted chips or cracks, I do observe some scattered spotting, hazing and silver loss, it is scattered and light, I have tried to photo for your review, the mirror is approx. 49.25”h, 31.5”w
