Louis XVI style mahogany demilune sideboard, attributed to Rho Mobili d'Epocca, Italy, 20th c., having shaped top, above conforming case fitted with two drawers, flanked by fluted corner posts, central inlaid floral basket, among scrolling foliate marquetry motifs, rising on tapering squared legs, ending on brass cap feet, approx 37"h, 58"w, 25.5"d
08.14.25: In my opinion, I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marquetry inlay is overall well-preserved and free from notable loss, the finish having some minor alligatoring/ crazing, and a couple minute spots of peeled finish, the veneer is also well-retained, with a very sparse amount of typical minor surface wear such as small nicks and abrasions commensurate with age and use, the drawers operate smoothly and the interiors are well-kept/ clean
