CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3540- the cabinet is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is likely not original as it overhangs on both sides and the case has canted front corners, the marble is intact with some spotting, discoloration, nicks and grime, it would likely benefit from a good cleaning, the case is largely clean with only some surface wear, tonal variation and rubs and small nicks along edges, the drawer and door both operate correctly, interiors show light wear and dirt, shelving is stable, all commensurate with age and use
