9/20/23 10:44am - In my opinion regarding LOT – 304: I note that the commode is intact and sturdy, having visible seams at side panels, and bottom drawer panels, hardware with patination, the marble top exhibits some discoloration and sotting, I observe some typical chipping along back and edges, some chips to side edges, areas of naturally occurring fissures and pitting, I observe to areas of wood fill restoration – one at the top left corner of a drawer and one to the apron (see images), one drawer is slightly sticky and could us a waxing to facilitate smoother movement, the others operate smoothly
