9.28.24-LOT 1124: I note that the cart is presently intact and structurally sturdy, both tiers appearing securely joined at supports, there is some minute seam separation at corners, and the wheels display wear to the tread and oxidation to the metal components but are operational, I observe a few minor nicks and abrasions commensurate with age and light use
