9.28.24-LOT 1065: I note that the mirror is presently intact, the flat mirror plate being securely encased within brass framing, and being free from currently observed hairlines/ fractures or chipping, having a couple light abrasions to the upper quadrant of mirror plate (see images), there left-hand side edge of mirror has a white residue under the glass from adhesive securement to back panel, and there is a minute spot of silver loss at the lower edge of plate, the brass framing exhibits tonal variations from patination and spotting commensurate with age
