11.13.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 122- The piece is structurally sound, however, due to the nature of the construction of the thin tapering legs, it has a slight wobble and would likely benefit from being secured to a wall, the top shows a small veneer loss along back edge, as well as some small mars and divots, particularly noted on right side, I further observe some tonal variation, and rubs, as commensurate with age and use, both fall front doors and drawers operate correctly
