8.21.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1120- as described this hallstand is two units, both stand sturdy with only minimal wear / small losses observed, both cabinets display some light nicks, surface wear and nicks along edges, the piece with stick stand shows a very small veneer loss along back edge of stick storage, see images, I further note a small hole/loss to fabric between two mounted hooks, hooks all remain secure, the mirror on the other cabinet is intact and free of noted chips or cracks, there is a small stable split/line at the lift top base that is intact with a small veneer loss here, see image, inner storage shows a small loss to bottom panel, overall all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
