05.12.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 2101: I note that the bookcase is presently intact and structurally secure, all elements appearing secure to the steel supports, the central dual-door cabinet having a minute degree of panel separation with light fading around the small seam and some overall tonal variations, I observe evidence of old woodworm seemingly contained to the edges of top shelf, which is commensurate with origin, the drawers operating smoothly with overall well-kept/ clean interiors, the metal elements with typical minor wear to the black painted finish including flaked loss at the drawer pulls commensurate with use, overall there is a sparse amount of typical minor surface wear, including a few veneer chips of varied size, and minor nicks commensurate with age and use
