8.8.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1220- the structure is overall stable, the reverse-painted glass top exhibits consistent scattered losses to the painted finish, primarily along the edges and perimeter, the glass exhibits a few very minute edge nicks and scattered surface wear, the case shows tonal variation, spotting, nicks, rubs, impressions and edge wear, there are a few small areas of veneer loss, including above the center doors, there is an abrasion/loss to the inlaid decoration of the left center door, I am unable to inspect the side panels, please refer to the online images, there are three pulls missing from the cabinet with the original drill holes remaining, the existing pull is loose, the interior shelving exhibits typical use wear
