CR 5.1.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2124-the bookshelf stands sturdy and is overall in stable condition, shelves simply rest on the supports hanging by small hook-like hinges, shelves exhibit light tonal variation, minor surface wear/marks, and some small areas of smooth fill, likely to resolve a blemish to veneer, the frame is stable with some typical paint loss, inherent pitting and oxidation, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use

The approximate measurement (frame) as listed is correct, approx. 42”h, 32.75”w and 10”d (to the disc foot is approx. 10.25”d)

The shelving alone is approx. 31.5”l, 9.75”d
