07.09.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3280- the structure is overall intact exhibiting age, the case is in stable and sturdy condition, please pardon the glare of the overhead lighting and refer to online images for photos of the sides, as I am unable to access them, the top and case display staining, marks, spotting, tonal variation, small wood losses/nicks and finish wear, there are some natural divots and imperfections, seams and shrinkage to boards with stable splits, the drawers slide well, but would benefit from a waxing to facilitate even smoother movement, the upper drawer retains paper liner,  the lining in the other two drawers is only partially remaining and with tears and loss, interiors need a good cleaning and to be relined, again please refer to online images for complete views
