03.13.25: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3139-The structure is overall sturdy, exhibiting some overall wood wear, stable splits, small losses, and minor repairs, paint further displays some flakes, rubs, and general wear throughout, there is visible adhesive at some joints, a small wood loss at one upper edge, the interior is beautifully painted, the niche may have had a small finials at one time as there are carved cut outs in each corner, interior base displays discoloration/staining, there is stable drill hole, the underside is as pictured, all mentioned commensurate with age, storage and use
