12.4.23, 2:32 pm: In my opinion regarding: LOT 1093: I note that the coat rack is presently intact, the back corner of the left side of the cornice has a small area of loss, and the opposite end has minor loss with light splinters to the front corner, four of the hooks visibly have what appears to be adhesive, possibly having been reattached or reinforced to the back panel, adhesive is also visible with small amounts of loss at place of hook joinery from the backside of the rack, I observe some minor chips, including to one of the hooks, commensurate with use, as well as light typical surface wear such as abrasions and scuffs<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
