11.27.23, 3:13 pm: In my opinion regarding LOT 827: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sound, there are some areas of minor separation between pieces of trim around the top panel perimeter, as well as some visible seams/ splits commensurate with age and origin, I observe patination of the drawer metal hardware, and some light evidence of old woodworm concentrated in the lower region, there are some minor areas of finish loss/wear, and the drawers and doors operate smoothly, there is minor typical surface wear such as small chips to carved elements, light abrasions, and scuffs
