08.10.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1182- the chair is in stable and sturdy condition overall, the molded seat and back retain good form, I note expected light to moderate surface wear/abrasions to seat and back, there is a small, slim edge chip to the underside of the seat at the front right corner, see image, the chromed legs retain their foot caps and are sturdy, exhibiting scattered spotting, light oxidation, minor pitting and general surface wear, all commensurate with vintage age, material and use
