03/16/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1361- please refer to online images for best and complete views available with zoom, hanging hardware may have been added since photography, the mirror was examined on the wall, the frame is stable with tonal variation and paint touchups, I note some rubs, losses and wear to paint, joints at upper right and lower left appear to be reinforced with old staples?, flat mirror plate is free of chips or cracks, it is in need of a good cleaning, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and display
