12.1.25- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3146- the cabinet is in stable and sturdy condition, wood exhibits some minor surface wear, rubs, nicks, small abrasions, tonal variation, and general light wood wear, mirrors appear to possibly be intentionally distressed with some general spotting and darkening, the upper cabinet section retains an old fabric liner with staining across the middle, the lower case is lined in a worn paper liner, shelving is stable and interior drawers are clean, overall all mentioned commensurate with vintage age and use
