10.7.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1183- the structure presents as sturdy and well balanced, the marble top is intact with natural veining and coloration consistent with the stone, showing typical minor edge wear and scattered small chips primarily along the back and molded perimeters, I note a faint abrasion along the front edge, see images, the wood case is overall clean with a warm patina and light surface wear including a very few minute, small veneer losses, rubs, and nicks, all minimal and visually unobtrusive, the metal mounts display patination and light oxidation, all appear firmly affixed, doors operate smoothly revealing a well-appointed interior with shelving and a fitted bank of two small drawers, all wear is minor and commensurate with the cabinet’s vintage age and use
