10.2.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 1241- the sofa is in stable and sturdy condition, there are no cushions present, but I do not some remnants of material from ties present (easily removed), I note some overall light dirt, some rubs/abrasions, wear to finish, patination and fading with color variation to ball finials, spotting and minor oxidation, metal slats are all secure and the piece sits firm, all mentioned minor and commensurate with outdoor use
